Michael Kelly

CEO / President

As Allied PhotoChemicals Chief Executive Officer and President, Mike Kelly is responsible
for solidifying the Company’s Leadership position in the paint, coatings and inks industry.

Kelly brings significant experience in Management – both domestic and international,
Sales and Finance and a proven track Record in building and running global companies.
Kelly is experienced in developing direct sales, rep. sales and distributor Sales organizations
and ensuring the best in customer service.

Kelly has held a variety of management positions, such as Managing Director/
Europe/Middle East/Africa & President / Italia Operations for Wonderware Corporation
and Sales Manager at McNaughton-McKay Electric. Before joining Wonderware, Kelly served
as Global Account Manager / General Motors Corporation and several other positions for
Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley.

Kelly received a Master of Finance from Walsh College, Masters in Management from
Central Michigan University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering
from Iowa State University.

Dan Sweetwood

Vice President of Sales

As Allied PhotoChemical’s Director of Sales, Dan Sweetwood offers a strong background of
technical and financial experience in the manufacturing and process control environments.

Sweetwood has 10 Years of Sales Experience, holding several key positions at Rockwell
Automation with a primary focus in the automotive market and at Silicon Graphics focusing on
high performance computing. Sweetwood’s most recent position included responsibility for
channel management between Rockwell Automation and McNaughton-McKay Electric.
Sweetwood has many years of experience in Paint Application and Curing Systems plus
Process and System Automation.

Sweetwood has a Bachelors of Science Degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign and Masters of Finance from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan.

Aaron Krohn

Director of Applications & Development

As Allied PhotoChemical's Director of Applications & Development, Aaron provides Allied
with substantial technical experience in application and formulation areas of the UV business.

Krohn has many years of applications experience which initially started with a Co-op position
with Allied PhotoChemical during his college tenure.

Krohn has held a variety of positions in the Industry; the last position being a Manufacturing
Engineer at TI Automotive.

Krohn has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering / Minor in Business
Management from Kettering University and a Masters in Engineering from
Kettering University in Flint, MI.

For avid bowlers, his bowling average is 186.
